a. A concierge is your own personal assistant who offers a range of professional services by combining lifestyle management consultants, errand service providers and event organizers. We have expanded the hotel concierge role into the public and corporate sector, allowing you to achieve a better work-life balance.
q. I already have a personal assistant. Why should I use Mooi Concierge?
a. We actually have several personal assistants that use our services to aid them with their own client affairs. Personal assistants are very helpful, but often do not have the worldwide connections that Mooi Concierge can provide, and they cannot be everywhere at one time. We are also able to negotiate a better price for your purchases in some cases.
q. What are the membership options?
a. We offer three different membership packages: Platinum, Gold and Silver. They can be arranged and catered to suit your needs. Please contact one of our lifestyle management consultants regarding membership packages and membership reward benefits.
q. Are you insured and bonded? a. Yes we are insured and bonded so you can feel secure and reassured that you are in dependable and honest hands.
